Hello everyone

I have noticed most of the RL Belgians here have some Latin. Is that because of Catholic education?

Catholic education? There are still catholic school but most belgians student goes to public school wich gave them access to the religious education of their choice.

Thanks, Xgentis. I wasn't sure. I know Catholic schools have a lot of influence in many parts of the world. Even my stepson went to a Catholic school in Jordan, where Christians are only about 4% of the population, and I know people in India who have gone to them, also.

perhaps in wallonia, but in Flanders there are a lot of catholic schools left (Damn catholic monopoly on the countryside in flanders ), although many can't be called rlly catholic anymore.

Well I'll listen to it another time, I think he's boring but he's certainly better than Bieber, Bieber is annoying and has a girls voice.

By the way it's funny how people are talking about catholic schools in my topic.
